Kristen is Chief Executive Officer of Smyyth LLC, which includes enterprise BPO solutions and Carixa SaaS technology, an advanced SaaS cloud platform for managing enterprise credit-to-cash, and the receivables life cycle. Prior to joining Smyyth in 2002, Kristen served as Sr. Vice President Operations for Creditek, a leading outsourcing firm, and previously with Accenture Strategy and Business Architecture. Kristen is nationally known for her expertise in order-to-cash, revenue dilution, and operations optimization. She has a Certified Six Sigma Supplier Black Belt, and has managed numerous large-scale operations for Fortune 500 clients, plus consulting in consumer goods and health sciences. Kristen received a BA Economics from The University of Vermont and has an MBA in Strategy and Finance from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
Bob is a well-known expert in the retail credit industry with a career spanning over 40 plus years with D&B and later Credit2B. While at Credit2B and its precursor, Bernard Sands (which was a boutique credit bureau in the apparel industry), Bob was the Chief Credit Officer of the firm. In this role, he led not only the credit policy governing all client advisory work, but also helped define the basic workflow and architecture of the Credit2B platform. During his 30 plus years at D&B, Bob held a variety of key positions, including Director of Credit-Credit Clearing House, Director-Credit Interchange and Senior Industry Consultant-National Credit Office, at time when D&B was actively involved in the credit groups business.
Mr. Palmieri is a leader in the digital information services industry, and is Senior Vice President at Pearson, with responsibility for Pearson’s K-12 products business in the US, serving over 50 million students in more than 100,000 schools nationwide. Earlier, he served as Chief Executive Officer of USLegal, Inc., Vice President & Managing Director at LexisNexis and General Manager of Martindale-Hubbell, and was Senior Vice President of Global Risk Management Solutions at Dun & Bradstreet. Mr. Palmieri holds a BA from Franklin & Marshall College and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
Sandeep Puri is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur with over 20 years of General Management, Strategy, Marketing, and Business Development experience in the Healthcare, Financial Services, and Telecom industries. Since the beginning of 2014, Sandeep has been the Co-Founder & CEO of Patientriciti, a Healthcare Solutions company that helps Providers improve clinical outcomes, reduce costs, and enhance patient satisfaction by engaging their Patients effectively and efficiently. Earlier in his career, Sandeep held leadership roles in Strategy, Business Development, and Marketing at Dun & Bradstreet and at Qwest Communications. Sandeep holds an MBA degree from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, a Masters degree in Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and a Bachelors degree in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
Anna Costello is the Paton and Drebin Faculty Fellow and Professor of Accounting at the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business. She previously served as an Assistant Professor of Accounting at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Sloan School of Business for four years. Anna received her Bachelor’s and Master’s of Business Administration degrees from the University of Notre Dame and a PhD in Business Administration from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business. Anna is a CPA and worked as an auditor for Deloitte in Chicago, IL. Anna is an expert in assessing credit risk for banks and for firms in the supply chain. Her recent research studies how trade credit between supply chain partners influences firm-specific and market-wide risk. Her research has been published in leading academic journals, and she was awarded the Best Dissertation Award from the Financial Accounting and Reporting Section of the American Accounting Association. She received the 2014-2015 MBA Teacher of the Year Award from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
